Subscriptions (Continuous and Growth)

How to request a refund or cancel

Email [email protected] with your account email and we will take care of it. Because Paddle.com is our Merchant of Record, refunds are processed through Paddle and returned to your original payment method; you may also contact Paddle buyer support directly. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
